"It is with great pleasure that the Department of Mayenne will welcome to Espace Mayenne, on October 26, 27, 28 and 29, the best climbers on the continent who will come to try to qualify for the combined event. In this European tournament, and during 4 days of competition, 100 climbers will try to win a bib for the Paris 2024 Olympics; a unique opportunity in Europe for the European federations and the French team.
We would like to warmly thank the International Federation of Sport Climbing (IFSC), the Local Organizing Committee made up of the French Mountain and Climbing Federation (FFME), the Pays de la Loire FFME League, the FFME Territorial Committee of Mayenne, and the GRAL 53 climbing club for organizing this major event in Mayenne, in partnership with the Departmental Council.
Through this international event, the Departmental Council, the leading partner of sport in Mayenne, is fully in line with the dynamics of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games and thus intends to unite all sports players, of all generations and throughout the territory thanks to events that mobilize international athletes.
